Reading God’s Word daily is a great blessing and an essential part of every believer’s spiritual growth.  Of course the Bible does not command us to use a Bible app or a specific reading plan. However, YouVersion Bible App has some great tools that allow us to connect and study together as a church.

 

Get the Bible App

Lets do a devotional together

Join Pastor Matthew and other members of Calvary GVR leadership team as we go through various devotionals throughout the year. We will post a link below when we start a new one.

You will be able to follow along with the devotional, ask questions and interact with other participants in the daily comments.

Step 1

Download the App
  • Go to your smart device's app store and search for "YouVersion" ... or ...
  • Select the "HOLY BIBLE" picture above if you are on your Smart Device
  • Sign in to your account - or create a new account if you don't have one
  • Allow the App to send you "push notifications" so you can receive reminders

Step 2

Set Calvary GVR as ``Your Church``
  • Scan or select the QR code to the left
  • Choose "Set As My Church"

Step 3

Join a study!

Once you have joined the Bible app and selected Calvary GVR as your church, you will receive notifications when the Pastors post and any time we start a new Bible-reading plan.  You will also be able to join any reading plans that we are hosting as well as select your own personal devotions. When you are part of a group study or devotional you will be able to comment and share insights and ask questions after every day’s reading?
